Pros
-18 days PTO -Management allows employees to leave early often and still pay them out for the day. -14-15 holidays -Company covers 100% premium on insurance. Insurance is good with a good deductible and out of pocket. -Management is for the most part relaxed. As long as you get your work done they leave you alone. -steady raises and bonus' every year.
Cons
-They don't address bad behavior from some employees. It brings down the team work ethic.
