Compare this company with North Korea. Don’t fall for fake reviews they have made here to fix their reputation on glassdoor.
They don’t bring knowledge from outside world but just write similar incomplete internal blogs that encourage you to be a silent worker and force you to read and comment “acknowledged” under them.
Managers especially their CEO, are amateurs and deeply overwhelmed by their titles.
In the age companies are throwing away the hierarchy structure, they have just recently moved toward that restrictedly and are happy with it. If you reach them accidentally or need help, instead of answering they put too much energy into sending thousands of messages on different slack channels to tell you “don’t slack CEO”, “Don’t DM”, blah blah, and refer you to their internal blog posts regarding this! 😅
They are a bunch of old Iranian friends working together and endorsing each other and 90 percent of their programmers (workers) are Filipinos.
If you are a senior developer Aloware is not the right place for you.
They don’t have the experience and tools to monitor your work so you will be always judged with “poor performance” even though you know you have been working hardly more than their expectations.
This company is heavily micromanaged by its founders. They give you no opportunity to express your ideas and if you share your experience with them or have an opposite opinion, expect a secret judge or get fired soon with no prior notice. If you do something smart which works, CTO and CEO take all the credit for themselves, write blogs, and always promote themselves as the problem solver and congrats each other without mentioning your name.
