Pros
Job is very easy and product is very straight forward. I could resolved most if not issues within the same hour unless its a bug. I will give work life balance a 5, but I'll just note this here instead of rating a 5 star for this review. They really don't deserve to hire people.
Cons
They don't give Hubspot access, when this is one of the main feature of the platform to integrate with. I had to be resourceful to find solutions but only a few people know how this works. If you are a customer that reads this, this should explain why you are not getting a resolution or at least a good response from the team. Total bias -- there was 1 time when an issue was raised that app was not updating. Same OS, same error -- for 1 instance it was tagged as "bug" but the other tagged as "user problem" -- main issue here is that Aloware did not put details why the first issue was different to the other. Bottom line, everyone is confused on how and what was broken. I am sure they still have not fixed this. There are a lot more to mention but last one here for me is there is a ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy) on Slack and attendance that "EVERYONE" including leaders should follow, that is clearly not followed. This is why tickets are not resolved and not responded in a timely manner. I hope this gets reviewed. Now you guys know why your customers are cancelling.
