My time at the company was marred by what I perceived as a "boys club" culture, significantly impacting the overall workplace environment. The CEO's consistent interference in day-to-day operations was a notable concern. It created a situation where leaders within the company were not empowered to lead effectively, undermining their authority and the team's morale. My interactions with the COO were particularly disheartening. The approach and attitude displayed during these interactions were far from professional, leaving much to be desired in terms of leadership and respect. The manner in which my employment was terminated was the final straw. It was handled poorly, reflecting a lack of regard for proper process and employee welfare. I believe the company's decision to rebrand as Personafin may be an attempt to distance itself from the dissatisfaction and negative reputation it garnered as AlphaStream. However, without significant changes in leadership and company culture, a mere change of name is unlikely to address the underlying issues.
