I don't think there are any cons here but yes you have to compete and work hard with your colleagues when everyone is so motivated, enthusiastic, passionate to learn new things/technologies and fair towards his/her work role.

It has been less than few months and now I'm able to share my experience with the company here. From cool colleagues to friendly management, we enjoy each moment of our lives. There are positive vibes all around. An urge to exploring something new will be a part of day-to-day life. International projects under brilliant staff emerging latest industry market technologies to learn new skills and grow respectively.
