      Lay back and good work life balance.

      Very hierarchical and silo based management with limited progression. Company tends to up sell their products and services without thinking about the customers.

      - Corny jokes for comic relief is all I can think of, really - Some basic welfare - Office location is alright

      Cons

      - Shocking attrition insofar as I understood from rank and file across all regions - Shocking amount of flip-flopping and rejigging of product lines every 6 months - Ineffectual, insipid leadership with no bold vision - just very salesy - Punctilious management with a passive-aggressive attitude, lacking in genuineness
