The list will never end. 1. Extreme work load. You are expected to handle many more responsibilities than on paper. 2. A single silly mistake will lead to termination. I have seen so many of my colleagues get terminated for no reason. 3. Worst management ever. Senior managers are insensible, incompatible and always looking to fire. 4. Unbelievable micromanagement. If you take 1 second extra break or lunch, you will be put on coaching plan. 5. Expect zero growth. 6. The more years you work in the company, the more you are at risk of getting fired. 7. They consider you to be a robot and not a human being. 8. The list goes on and on...... 7. The list goes on and on.
