      -Flexible Schedules -Lots of Overtime opportunities -PTO and UPT -Room for growth

      Cons

      -The people, take that as you will, they hire anyone in an AmazonFC -Very strict KPIs -Getting more responsibilities with no increase in pay, become forklift certified and get the same pay as the new hire
