Pros

It makes you feel good about working towards environmental sustainability. Chances are you will be working with multiple offices over the world and meet people of different races. You are also able to work at your own pace without being micromanaged. More projects have been secured in recent years and this gives you more opportunities to grow.

Cons

Starting pay is low, even with a higher-than-market per annum increment rate, you will still be getting a much lower salary than your peers after a few years. Notice period is too long and benefits package is not so competitive compared to most companies. Lack of career recognition.

Frustrating culture of upper management

One can learn as they hire for one role but have to do all different job

Cons

Disgusting upper operation director, management. Asks employee to work weekend, vacation, holidays. No value for employee's family or personal time. No respect for employees. Employee who resign is hated , humiliated by director. Frustrating culture of autonomous management.
