One can learn as they hire for one role but have to do all different job

Disgusting upper operation director, management. Asks employee to work weekend, vacation, holidays. No value for employee's family or personal time. No respect for employees. Employee who resign is hated , humiliated by director. Frustrating culture of autonomous management.
