Freedom to explore ideas, testing them before achieving an amicable solution Great vision of the company, and constantly keeps employees in the loop of the direction we are taking. Above average worklife balance.
Cons
Prioritization was not a forte at times and did limit certain levels of developmental progression Roadmap planning of tasks were quite well done, but it often lack a total commitment resulting in a deviation from what was needed to be done
