      Good maintainence of office good office place friendly collegues

      no hikes no proper structure for project developement no proper infrastructure projects,servers. arrogent CEO no encouragement hire and fire project managers are not to sound technology so much pressure

      - They will hire you promising something and after you join they will show there real face. - They will literally force you to work on something you really don't want to work on(i.e. developer has to work on QA tasks) - They will praise you unnecessarily and make you work on different field work - They are shameless cheaters
