Not offered hybrid schedule but it depends on which department your working in it may be accommodatable. Traveling to work daily is rough if you live far away based on current company location.

Opportunity for growth in some areas is not as fast moving as other areas of the business. Depending on your role & personality type you may feel stuck doing the same and longer than the business moves.
