Work conditions are dangerous and expect to feel like a caged dog in very small security booth that's about 6 x 9. All positions are part time or events and no benefits. Prime example of a dead end job. Short staffed and No pay raises!

The "leadership" Regional Managers and Above all seem to work remotely, and are really kidding themselves if they think they can keep good people if they keep talking to their employees like second class citizens. You won't get training aids for your dog, you won't get reinforcement training assistance unless you seek it yourself, you won't get answers quickly. You will get called a racist, disrespected as security like Mall Cops. Which in reality is what they want you to be, but WILL NOT back you up. You will not get paid travel time between malls even though it adds up to about 3 hours a day of nothing but driving. You have zero work life balance becuase your days of fare ONLY EVER MONDAY AND TUESDAY AND WILL NOT CHANGE.
