Pros

Only pro is you work alone mostly unsupervised, but even that is con. If something happens at the site your screwed because if your supervisor is missing the next person in charge is in Maryland or Ohio. No organization

Cons

24/7 shifts so if your relief calls out your screwed. Management is horrible for example you'd think management is group of 6yr olds. Out of touch and will throw under the bus to satisfy clients. They do not comply with labor laws and state laws know your rights. Low pay for the task at hand. Payroll issues every pay, payroll is done by one person in Ohio expect mistakes lots of them. Work conditions are dangerous and expect to feel like a caged dog in very small security booth that's about 6 x 9. All positions are part time or events and no benefits. Prime example of a dead end job. Short staffed and No pay raises!

Cons

My experience working with Andy Frain Services in Orlando has been disappointing, especially when it comes to professionalism and employee support. Over time, I noticed a pattern where certain employees received noticeably different treatment than others, and decisions often seemed influenced more by personal dynamics than consistent standards. When concerns were raised, they didn’t always feel fully heard or addressed. In many situations, it seemed like leadership accepted the perspective of supervisors or clients without taking the time to understand the full context. This left several employees feeling unsupported and unsure whether their feedback truly mattered. Communication during briefings also became an issue. Instead of being constructive or motivating, the tone sometimes shifted in a way that felt discouraging. Interactions could come across as dismissive, which affected morale and made the work environment feel tense rather than collaborative. Attempts to resolve issues through HR didn’t lead to meaningful follow‑up in my experience. Employees who brought up concerns often felt like their situations weren’t fully reviewed before decisions were made. This created a sense of uncertainty and frustration among staff who simply wanted fair treatment and a respectful workplace. Overall, I hope the company takes steps to improve communication, consistency, and support for employees. A more balanced and respectful approach would make a big difference for the people who show up every day to represent the company.
