      - Referrals are given. - Autonomy means you can set your own schedule.

      Cons

      - No support from management unless you are pro-active about seeking it. - No risk assessments conducted on client environments. - Exposure to hazardous environments without prior information. - No OHS Officer, no available policies and procedures advice, no advice for risks and hazards.

      Pros

      Plenty of worker support from management and the company genuinely cares about their workers as well as their clients. Everyone at the company including the manager director is a support worker. The pay is better here than most other agencies.

      Cons

      Not the job for people who don't like working autonomously.

      Fair working conditions, transparent organisation, flexibility with work hours and choice of jobs, management works at coal face level, high pay, & well organised.

      Cons

      Significant amount of driving, completely online organisation.
