1. Unhealthy Work Life Balance A lack of work-life balance is a big red flag. The employees who are expected to be available online at all hours of the day, and working while on vacation or sick leave . 2. EMPLOYEES AREN’T ACKNOWLEDGED AND REWARDED This company neglects its top performers or actively punishes them by overassigning tasks and responsibilities. However, they only value employees who can play the clown show. I have been working with this company for some time and i have yet to see a single penny. 3. Bad management style An incompetent and inexperienced leader is causing the team don't get any guidance or feedback, are forced to adhere to unrealistic demands and do not feel appreciated for their hard work. 4. Mistreating employees Doesn’t provide the same benefit to their employees eg. Free Accommodation for certain PRC. And also paying someone less than others in the same position with similar or more experience and qualifications. In short, i cant list out all the cons of this company here in one shot.
