Pros
One of the only companies I could find that was hiring during the COVID times when most companies were laying people off and on a hiring freeze.
Cons
Took advantage of the COVID times and underpaid salary based on experience. Environment was office vs. the field and workplace was not very pleasant. Pulled the lead super to another project and was left to basically run the project. Left the company before completion of the project as the only other projects going were already fully staffed. They ended up letting the entire team go at project's completion which was what I predicted would have happened to me.

All of the regular benefits that you’d see at most small/ mid sized companies.
Cons
Low pay. Very low raises, and not at all based on merit. Oddly ran/ managed. Work/ life balance greatly varies depending on what dept you’re in.
