Seemed promising but fell short - Assitant Superintendent Anton DevCo Employee Review

Took advantage of the COVID times and underpaid salary based on experience. Environment was office vs. the field and workplace was not very pleasant. Pulled the lead super to another project and was left to basically run the project. Left the company before completion of the project as the only other projects going were already fully staffed. They ended up letting the entire team go at project's completion which was what I predicted would have happened to me.
