Everything else. For one thing, we constantly hear the group is not doing well - this leads to headcount cuts, low pay, low/no bonus, low/no increments. From employees point of view, don't think the group is doing that badly based on the amount of work done, which begs the question - where did all the revenue went? Very focused on cost cutting, which directly impacts the quality and quantity of work. Getting 1 person to do 2 person's job after one person left is not ideal. Introduced timesheet that must be submitted at end of week, and some teams (not all) are scrutinized by higher management. While it was emphasized that this is NOT a micromanaging/tracking mechanism, it wasn't the case for some teams and it does not even make sense for it to be introduced to certain functions (eg. Non-client facing), as it is not billable! And oh, it is mandatory group-wide except for some senior management. Aggressive acquisitions in the past years lead to multiple systems being used without much integration. The end result? Documents are a mess, different systems for different clients. Items go missing, or it was so haphazardly done that it is unusable.
