Parking is dangerous, hard to find (Only higher ups get the gated parking) and in a rough area of the city. Don't leave anything in your car or someone WILL smash your window. The street is littered with broken glass. Higher ups play the blame game, everything is always somebody else's fault. They refuse to change how they operate, regardless of how many times their system allows critical tasks to fall through the cracks. Owner/PE is often traveling out of the country on a moments notice for weeks/months at a time and everyone is left scrambling to piece everything together. Workplace culture is anxious and on edge, generally unhappy. Pre-covid there were many more employees, so those left over were given insurmountable workloads to overcome. I witnessed several verbally abusive moments from male higher ups towards a very critical female staff member. Terrible work environment, and I hope for her sake it gets better.
