      Pros

      You will learn a lot. Pleasant work environment if you quickly identify the clique and act very diplomatically.

      Cons

      Very low pay - the reason why this experience must be viewed as training and nothing more. The salary will reflect that you are in training. Once you feel you have enough valuable experience you should find a better-paying job.

      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed working with this team. Everyone’s super supportive, easy to talk to, and always willing to help out. It’s a group of people who genuinely work well together, and that makes all the difference. The communication is great, and there’s a real sense of trust and respect across the board. It’s just a solid team with good energy, and it makes for a really positive and productive working environment. Honestly, it’s one of the best teams I’ve been around!

      Like anywhere, the wheels move slowly. Sometimes it takes a while to get things done but thats not unusual.
