      Pros

      Lots of agency work available, above-rate wages, and opportunity for full-time work contracts.

      Cons

      Often, last-minute shift requests are out of the travel radius or the realms of possibility in terms of commute time. Have been asked for help, with the expectation that I arrive at 8:30, at a school 45 minutes away, at quarter past 8.

      Can very quickly be dropped from “long-term” bookings. Although this is the nature of agency work and not a fault of this specific company
