      Pros

      - Opportunity to work on a variety of projects - People are great and they can teach you a lot - OpenText is a fun ECM to work in. - Pete is a great Managing Director. He's kind, smart, and really cares about his people - Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      - There is minimal oversight, which means a lot of time you have to figure things out for yourself. That can be challenging sometimes, especially for new people.

      The location and building amenities.

      Cons

      Zero/minimal actual training or hands on guidance. The upper management is truly awful. If a workplace makes you physically sick and anxious day and night, it's not worth it-- ever.
