      most chaotic company I have seen

      Pros

      relaxing and slack around get exposed to some latest technologies

      Cons

      No management No plan No collaboration between teams No talk in the company No leadership following latest technology but never be good at anything of them The company is a masterpiece of rubbish

      Pros

      Well, it's doing good at beginning but I'm not sure for the end: Following up the latest technology. International n Flexible working. Some hard working engineers. Pay on time.

      Cons

      Not only management mess but also: Political. No long term plan. Not focus on product. Keeps change plan like rock. Talents leave compnay. Change the features to satisfy new customer but not back compatible. CEO, Investor not integrity. CEO and investor thinking with $$$ and make unrealistic expectation.

      Good to join if you like a chinese startup

      Pros

      Good for fresh graduates to learn and hop to another better company.

      Cons

      The product does not have a clear direction. Basically developed to sell kind of hit and run approach. No training to customer except demos during sales engagement. Customers are confused on the product other than seeing the demo. Their support guys does not get any documentation from the company as it is rarely being done. This is a US company but managed like a chinese company.
