First of all please don't distract from other reviews because a lot of new employees just joined, so they just don't know the reality and some review are by the management side which are fake . 1. If you are good in making fool of bosses, then this is the company where you can work for lifetime. 2. Good company for girls those who are in management field, because in this case you don't have to do any work just chill here and enjoy your life. 3. Good salary packages for management only. 4. Cafe Day Coffee.
Cons
Thank God Glassdoor doesn't have character limit here. 1. Poor project management. 2. The only thing matter here is deadline , they never consider quality of product whether its a Mobile App or website. 3. They just fools client and squeeze client money. 4. Poor pantry section, the most amazing part is we have toilet attached to our pantry section. 5. No project completion party. 6. Never appreciate employees for their hard work. 7. You will never get salary on time. 8. No activities at all. 9. Nothing to eat in office. 10. The work station is highly congested . 11. AC works like cooler. 12. Miser Bosses. 13. Whole technical team is highly occupied by projects, where as the management team always chilling in office. 14. Poor Appraisals. Sorry guys there is lot more but i feel the above points are enough to describe the reality of company. Guys who have good technical knowledge, Please don't join this company.
