      Pros

      Co workers are awesome! Colin and wade are the best!! Very helpful.

      Cons

      Management doesnt manage. One hides in his office allday and the other is never there. Hes useless. Shady and vindictive. If you argue or disagree or make him look bad. He will make it a mission to ruin you. Unprofessional. Like high school.

      Lots of training, very easy to get along with management if you have an issue, lots of other team members with another department to help you

      Rude drivers, sometimes rude dockworkers when they need their information right away

      -Good Pay -Set hours -adequate benefits

      Cons

      If you enjoy being micromanaged and Little training in the role this is a perfect organization to join. Underperforming staff will be left to their own devices. Managment has commented how their energy is better utilized on other staff. Leadership & continued education is preached as a core value however, new idea's will be met with hostility.
