No apprisal at time and very strict working enviourment even more than school and no festival celebration and by chance any celebration is happening than you need to come early office and after office hour celebrate means during office hour nothing celebrate just do work at joining time they tell we have two saturday working and they also have work + fun , playing game but this is really fake i do not remember which is last saturday we have fun full day working and also give some commitments but none of them is fulfiled.
