Cons
My background - Junior developer with 1 year of experience. The interview was exceptionally easy. The project head asked a few questions regarding the job profile. Nothing informed about my team, what they will be expecting from the new employee. The second day I was facing a few problems then got a call from the CEO telling me that there is no team, I am the only guy working and there is nobody to help me out. Like seriously what type of company's CEO says that. And after someday I received a call about why you are not online, I was baffled because my development is in the local machine and there is no team with whom I can collab.
