      This Isn’t H*ll, But - No, It’s Definitely Hell

      Pros

      Some great, expwrienced, expertise on the operations side.

      Cons

      No work life balance - if you work 40 hours/week, you’re lazy; if you work 140 hours in two weeks but managed to not work one weekend, why not. There is no compassion - If you’re sick you’re more likely to hear “great timing” before “ I’m sorry to hear that - feel better soon.” There is no appreciation - you will not hear, “Great job.” or “Thank you for your hard work.” only “There is no comp time even though you worked 65 hours this week.” or “I’m sorry your worked July 4, but you cannot take the holiday at another time.” All history is revisionist - if it worked it was not your idea; if it didn’t it was. You will never be given the credit you deserve and no great idea was ever yours; but you will hear a lot of “I would have done it this way.” Code for do it my way or hear compliants about it later. And to quote the Temptations, “Smiling faces tell lies!” No one is your friend - don’t make that mistake!

      Even if I had something good to say about this company it won't sound right!! Stay away from this company before your resume is blacklisted for no reason. Believe all the negative comments you read on here.

      Cons

      I hope the government can look into every work done in this company, especially assessment. I saw everyone breaking rules during my time there, and this is a company suppose to protect the governments Info security. No rules or guidelines in this company. Very very toxic environment!! And you're constantly watched. Yup!! employees spy on each other and report you if they don't like you. If I'm given every money in this world to work for this company I'll decline. There's nothing to learn other than toxic behaviors. SAD!!

      I have nothing nice to say about this company.

      This company will draw you in by any means possible. The hiring process is so quick that you don't have time to consider your options. You are encouraged to leave your current position without notice. The reason is, they hire and fire so often. Don't be fooled, it WILL happen to you. I have watched so many employees come and go that I don't recognize anyone week to week. The remaining staff is always worried they are next. The owner is a merciless woman without any regard for her staff. She will offer more money and use that to draw you in but BEWARE, they are continuing to look for someone to replace you for less. RUN AWAY!
