Pros

- Excellent social media engagement - Big on company outings, incentives, recognition - Good database, systems and processes - Fun and driven environment - Diverse and inclusive - Does everything "right" in the textbook of recruitment - Supportive in in-house trainings

Cons

- High turnover rate - Management style is micro-managing and iron-clawed. You are monitored on an hourly/daily basis on your work. Boiler room style. - Iron-fisted and lacking in compassion with employee welfare. No room for being late for 2 minutes, time off for urgent personal errands, breaks, strict 1 hour lunch time. - Money worshipping environment where your value and worth comes solely from the amount you bill - Great impression when you interview for the job but unpleasant culture once you join. Hate it when they said "You aren't just about the money you make; we also take in your sincere effort to grow, and your good attitude" - lie. By 2 or 3 months in, you worry constantly if you will be fired for not producing enough money due to the vibes they give. - Those who do well are money-worshippers who will have no qualms about putting ethics and manners aside in their course of work.

Cons

Old fashioned training. ABC of selling ..no effort was made to update to newer methodologies. Manager was extremely vein and offensive at times Clear hidden agenda in the business, the boss has his clear favorites Money talks! if you' re making money your a hero but if not your a zero Expendable resource in the business

Pros

Some nice colleagues, until they leave or get fired.

Cons

Extremely micro-managed, the boss will act like he's nice but you're just a revenue/number. Not given any clients or contracts to work with - you just have to build your own and the commission doesn't represent that. Very high threshold and then low commission percentage. Mid management are quite weird also - act like they are high flying execs when really they just send CV's to long standing Singapore clients. I'm surprised they don't just set up their own agency and bill the same for themselves. Waste of time really - just check how many previous recruiters worked there on LinkedIn, there's a lot vs current employees. The website makes it look very professional, but its just a cv sending shop.
