Pros
Very supportive and friendly work environment with approachable management and coworkers. It was a great place to improve communication, organization, and client service skills. The company culture was respectful and collaborative, and employees were trusted with meaningful responsibilities. I also appreciated the exposure to the financial advisory and benefits industry and the opportunity to learn new systems and processes.
Cons
As with many small companies, employees sometimes needed to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time, which could occasionally make busy periods stressful. However, it also created a strong learning opportunity and helped develop adaptability.
