Pros
Great owner and managers; they're very understanding and respectful. Flexible scheduling for students, and a much appreciated non-babysitting approach towards their warehouse employees. The company treats their employees well and respects their opinions/requests. Christmas gift every year. Overall an exceptional experience.
Cons
Communication with marketing was a little confusing at times, but the answer was always a few minutes away from resolution. Performance reviews were not given unless asked, but again, promptly solved.
