Pros
It's work. I'm sure people think they're trying their best. I'm close to some people in the office because I've been here for a while. Many ways to move up in the company if you invest time into learning more. Work more hours to get more days off.
Cons
Timed working hours show a lack of trust in the employees. Bad time management from managers means that project deadlines are always postponed as more issues arise. If you work more than the 168 hours in your contract, you won't be paid overtime for them. You WILL be asked to work more than those hours.
