Pros
Pay and benefits are good due to being a startup and not having their operations or leadership in order.
Cons
Everything else. On the 1st day, I knew I made a mistake. For a startup, they are culturally toxic, and bureaucratic, rarely meets deliverables. It's THE least welcoming team I've ever worked with. CEO is, in his way, micromanaged and aggressive. Executive staff operate in siloes and so much passive aggressiveness. Turn over is super high. Been in “start up mode” for over 3 years. Some employees quit and came back even. I've never seen anything like it and best decision I've ever made to leave this organization.
