Pros

Not much, just a few chances to pick up some new skills (Now struggling for getting business & projects).

Cons

I agree wholeheartedly with the lengthy number of unfavourable comments on this website. 1) In order to improve the company's reputation, HR forces all favourable reviews to be written. So be careful not to get trapped. 2) The foremost PostgreSQL company, EnterpriseDB (EDB), ceased operations and terminated their agreement. 3) MongoDB and Redis labs also cease to operate indirectly. 4) Failure to pay employees' salaries and performance bonuses on time. 5) There is no formal training; you must learn everything on your own and are constantly being evaluated. 6) A small business with cheap-minded management. 7) Paying the favourite personnel's salary. If there are no projects, the workers on those technologies won't get a salary. 8) Even clients stop doing business with them. Many clients abandon on their projects. 9) No substantial medical advantages 10) The "Our Team" page on the company website was removed due to the high number of resignations. 11) In order to receive their Full n Final compensation, every employee who left the company had to fight and strive. Few employees are still experiencing difficulties to get their Full n Final compensation. 12) PostgreSQL was the main area of expertise, but now it's hard to find workers that are knowledgeable about it. 13) The HR team is nothing more than the CEO's puppet. The HR crew is never known about the procedure. From employee to employee, the process varies. 14) There is no fixed salary date in Singapore. Payment is always made in instalments on a random date. (If anyone needs proof, I can provide it.)
