      Pros

      The CEO is the only man with a little bit of ethics. But I think treating employees the right way is not one of his top priorities because he protects only those who reports to him to directly.

      Cons

      1) The top management 2) Racism 3) No policies 4) No rules 5) If anyone in that company feels threatened by their subordinates they will make sure that he is gone and his voice is drowned. I can go on and on with the list....
