Pros
It isn't a very big company with a lot of staff. I got to work in a small team and without much work pressure. Once you stay in the company for long, it starts feeling like your second home.
Cons
- The staff changes quite often and is hard to keep up with. - The rules change according to the person who is going to talk with the management (either HR or manager) - There are not much growth opportunities.
