Pros

AE's have ever-changing qualification, pricing, and sales cycles making it hard to find consistency. BDR team contributes 90% of new business at the org with little to no sales enablement, new tools, or inbound leads.

Cons

Marketing, Sales, and RevOps aren't aligned at all.

All are departing....

Pros

Decent people to work with but most are looking elsewhere. Smart leaders but most have left leaving large gaps in business.

Cons

No growth within the company. Stalled ARR growth and no sign of getting out of that. Churn is out of control and makes it tough to grow as a company and because of this, teams have slimmed down, budgets are non-existent and most that kept it together have departed the business. Writing is on the wall and most have left.

Pros

1. Really smart people to work with. They will challenge you enough to get your best game to work everyday. But they will also go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible. 2. As a women in construction tech, I have not found any employee being disrespectful. It is such a multi-cultured place that everyone gets to raise their opinion and views. 3. The work is great, where I get to make an impact straight away. This is what gets me out of bed every single day. 4. You get to work from home as well, which adds balance to your life too. 5. The management teams have great mentors, and even if they are in a different country, they truely make an effort to give you time and advice.

Cons

It is a growing global startup. So there are a few growing pains.
