Most employees consider human relations as one of their main drivers ==> benevolence and kindness are real in everyday life The mission ==> the company strikes a successful balance between social impact and business The freedom => people have the liberty to implement whatever they want, to organize themselves as they want. employees are not infantilized, and this makes daily life very smooth
