Pros
Students and satisfaction of helping them
Cons
- They pay so low, only a fraction of the money that they're claiming from parents. $28 for up to 30 minutes of driving there and back. - They force you to work 10 hours minimum a week, there is no flexibility with your hours at all. I've noticed that they're short staffed on tutors... well there is a reason why, the poor pay completely turns people away. As there is a large administrative team, they take a good cut of the initial payment. - Success managers do not give a crap about you. Messaged mine about being in the ER - no response for 2 days. Immediately on my case afterwards when a student missed the session because I was in the ER. - Makes you reply in 12 hours to their messages... people have a life and A team is incredibly money hungry that they need to claim money as soon as possible. - Makes you log your hours in 24 hours... once again people have a life... - The pay is so poor for how much you work, and they schedule you back to back because they lack tutors. Don't work here! :)
