1. They consistently fire people for reasons of "budget constraint" but you see them arranging unnecessary events which cost a lot of money. 2. When they say that the Athena environment is full of support for one another and that they encourage people to ask questions, this is not true. Management finds fault and instead of nurturing the employee for their professional growth, they always go with firing people. They see employees as dispensable. Just this year of 2023, countless people were let go by Athena. 3. They ask their own employees to post positive reviews here to drown out the negative reviews. 4. Power trippers. There are people here, especially Westerners, who haven't met you before but will treat you like crap the first time you meet them. You don't even know if its a Western thing or a racist thing. 5. They will tell you that work time is flexible but after some time, they will require you to work at an ungodly hour just to match the Western timing. 6. There is a HIGH turnover of staff Outside looking in, the company looks good and promising. During the all hands, you will be fed with colorful words but during the actual work, it is never like that at all.
