Pros
I thought it seemed like a decent place to work at first, but I was fooled. The only good thing is that the administrative assistants don't have to do any hard labor.
Cons
I worked in a room filled with boxes and i was even lucky if I had a desk to sit at. I once used a box as a desk and one of the many "CEO's" did not bother to offer me a better place to sit at. Also, my job was to basically sit at a desk for 8 hours a day (Monday through Friday) calling people and sugar coating what we do at our company in order to come in for an interview. Your educational experience does not matter even though we're supposed to make you think it does. You can have a BA from NYU and your pay will be the same as a person who has a GED. It's truly unfortunate that one of my former coworkers has a 4 year college degree and spends her work time sitting at a desk calling people all day. Last but not least, the CEO's that work there can be very rude and expect you to go above and beyond for their company even though they keep you in a storage room to get work done. If you plan on working as an administrative assistant or customer service rep, please think twice about it. The place isn't what it seems at all. I got along well with my boss until he practically told me that he hasn't fired me yet because he's "nice" all because I couldn't bring in people dumb enough to think that we have something great to offer.
