      Most colleagues were great, talented, and cool tow work with.

      Cons

      Expect to be micromanaged. Your every movement will be monitored and controlled. The CEO's biggest problem is being a control freak! Beware of that cause it's one of the reasons working here becomes so unbearable!

      The CEO of Atlas Lens is an embarrassment. The leadership running this place operates without ethics or integrity. Employees are openly exploited and mistreated, with no real support or guidance offered at any point. Shady practices are pushed as normal, and constructive feedback never exists. It is blind obedience or face insults and verbal attacks, with nothing in between.
