I enjoyed working as an SEO Executive under my manager, Tejas. He is an exceptional leader who genuinely listens to all your queries and suggestions. Tejas prioritizes your learning, growth, and well-being, making it a highly supportive environment. The company's systems, work culture, and Values are excellent, with OKRs and performance variables that drive both individual and company growth. Also, the coworkers are very supportive. My manager was very focused, optimistic, and understanding, which greatly enhanced my overall experience.
Cons
The workload can be high, but I see it as a positive challenge. It pushes you to learn new things every day, ultimately increasing your potential and professional growth.

Cons
management needs to know every bit of your daily schedule, low trust in employees, no holidays, overwork and underpaid, for them work from home means the employee needs to be available until they sleep and they pay you peanuts.
