Pros
Atobi's mantra is: we want to create value and have fun while doing it. Atobi is a workplace that really allows you to grow into the skills you want. There's an excellent work-life balance. The management team really seems to care about their employees.
Cons
You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; its a fair trade.

You get a lot of responsibility. Your ideas are heard and valued in a meritocracy. A drive to succeed, and getting support in it. We drink champagne on Tuesdays. People bring themselves to work. We are a small civilization of real people. Truly great colleagues. Professionally and personally. You get to work with an A-team
