The old management was far more intellectual and professional than the current one. The MD in Egypt, is simply not qualified for the role. Gossip, bias, and unethical actions is normal across the office. The unmatched turnover rates are strong evidence of how toxic and unbearable this company has become. Do not be fooled by the glitz and glamour of the company's social media as it merely masks the toxicity. Think twice before joining Augustus, it is not worth compromising your mental health.
