Pros
Generally great, passionate, supportive staff in a role that is very rewarding. Very good/flexible hours. Great allotment of annual leave. Opportunities to make more money with weekend enhancements and sleep in duties.
Cons
A lack of funds and poor communication between management and staff results in a lack of needed resources. Lack of trust in employees restricts what you can do, combined with a high workload which takes you away from the support work you actually want to do to make people's lives better. Very poor basic pay.
