Flexible timings when you've good clients, Constant learning through regular supervision with trained supervisors and monthly training. Build working relationships with clients and understand their dynamics how to better work with the child. Hourly paid and salary timely paid.

Cons

No cpf or paid block leave. Less physical face to face interactions with your colleagues this less camaraderie although the company will organise get together events from time to time.
