      While team-dependant, Autodesk adopts a strict hybrid working culture with many teams fully remote and most teams with 1 day in office to facilitate collaboration. There is a good blend of complexity and work life balance.

      Cons

      Like many other tech companies, the incessant push for AI growth and adoption is pushing alot of pressure and concern from the engineering team.
